A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth. Most women will return to their usual hair by between 6 and 12 months after birth... If not regain.. need further examination or even laboratory test.. Consult skin care specialist. Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss. Have Biotin rich food on a daily basis.

This is very normal after the delivery due to the hormonal changes in the body so you should take care of your diet should be very healthy as well as nutritional along with that have lots of water and have supplements like Iron and Calcium along with that take any of the oil like mustard oil olive oil coconut oil castor oil at some onion juice in it and apply it on your scalp three times a week
