A. To reduce weight while breastfeeding, it is important to eat healthy foods full of proteins and fiber including lots of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You should start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Drink warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning daily as it will improve metabolism.
