Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hi parent take millets and probiotics more take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky use simply purified water having tds higher than the 450 don't use demineralised water take supplements as suggested by your doctor
