ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 7 years agoA. Take proper rest. You can apply B -bact oint twice daily. Maintain proper hygeine. Do not keep the area wet. Keep it dry as possible. It would take 10 - 15 days to heal and recover fully. Have adequate water intake, good nutrition with high protein diet and daily walk. This helps recover faster.
