how to reduce itching and stretch feeling in episiotomy stitches?? 4 weeks after delivery

A. Take proper rest. You can apply B -bact oint twice daily. Maintain proper hygeine. Do not keep the area wet. Keep it dry as possible. It would take 10 - 15 days to heal and recover fully. Have adequate water intake, good nutrition with high protein diet and daily walk. This helps recover faster.

A. Apply a good ointment over the area nothing to be worried about make sure that you are well hydrated of the itchiness is very much done please check with the doctor for the same
