how to reduce fever in baby after he took 18th month vaccination... i gave paracetamol 3ml but he is still having fever. why? and can i give songs both to my baby on this time

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kid is a 3 month old suffering with fever you may give oral paracetamol every 4 to sixth hourly along with tepid sponging with wet cloth. .. .

anita mMom of a 6 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi mom .it's normal of having fever for 48 hrs after vaccination and also after giving medicine.give at least 7 times medicines with in 48 hrs 4-6hrly donot give more than that.you give her much of liquids to drink so that body will hydrate.wipe her body with water when she is having 99/100° fever.dont wear clothes to her. 5days back even I'm having the same issues with my 18months daughter
