Firstcry user8 years agoA. There is an option on the final Check Out page that reads REDEEM LOYALTY CASH. You can click on this button and it will tell you how much loyalty cash can be used on the said order. A few points to remember though, you need to be logged in with your registered email id against which you have earned that loyalty cash. You need to have a minimum of Rs. 50 in your loyalty account to be able to use it on an order, this condition however has been relaxed till the 31 March 2017.

Rithu.l.AbrahamMom of a 12 yr 2 m old girl8 years agoA. Loyalty cash program is a reward system offered by FirstCry whenever you buy some product from them. For redemption, you need to atleast have gathered 50 loyalty points by purchasing different products. 1 loyalty point = 1 Rupee you can find an option for redemption of this loyalty cash during checkout. All you need to do is simply type the amount you need to redeem in the box and click apply. Your loyalty cash will get redeemed. you can remove it if you don't wish to redeem at that point.
