How to prevent children from infections?

A. Children are more prone to get seasonal infections. Keep them well hydrated, give nutritious whole some food, lots of fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and mostly let them enjoy their childhood with lots of playful moments by Engaging them in physical activities.

A. it is quite possible that almost all the babies has to get different infections then only they will be having immunity against them there is no problem in having low grade of infections to the baby
