Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection. if the skin of the child is dry you can apply moisturizing lotion which help in decrzeasing the rash. if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calamine lotion. it is advisable to take a medical opinion

If you’re talking about body rashes then you can apply calamine lotion and a lot of time with can happen due to some kind of allergy or some kind of heat in the body so you can also go ahead with giving water with fennel seeds to the child to provide cool to the stomach of a child
