ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist6 years agoA. wash the sweet potato properly and then pressure cook it. after that peel the skin and mash it properly. consistency of the puree should be like that of Ghee. you can add little bit of breast milk to the puree.

meghali BorahMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy6 years agoA. You can just steam the sweet potatoes or boil it in a pan or pressure cook for about 3 to 4 whistles. Once it is cooked, peel the skin and mash it with a fork or hands. Drop a pinch of ghee and it is ready to serve. It may become bit thick so you can add water as per your requirement

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Wash the sweet potatoes well. Then steam cook it in a pressure cooker. Once it cools down, peel the skin and then cut it into small pieces. Then mash it well without any lumps. If required u can add some Breastmilk to get a fine texture.
