Here’s how to make simple homemade cerelac -   Ingredients for homemade cerelac: Wheat– 50 grams Rice - 50 grams Toor dal– 10 grams Moong dal (green and yellow) – 10 grams each Masoor dal– 10 grams Dried peas– 10 grams Chana dal– 10 grams Jeera - 1 teaspoon   How to make homemade cerelac: Take all the ingredients except chana  dal and jeera, and wash them well Let them dry in the sun for 2 to 3 days Fry the sun dried ingredients without oil, with the chana dal and jeera Grind them all in a mixer into a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container Preparation - At the time of preparing your baby’s feed, put 1 tablespoon of the powder in 1cup of normal water, and stir it well so no lumps are formed.Adda pinch of salt, and boil the mixture till it becomes a fine paste.
