ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist5 years agoA. dear mom exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months is recommended post 6 months along with breastfeeding top feeds can be given prefer home based kitchen feeds over packaged foods start with liquids like rice dal water gradually give mashed fruits, potatoes ragi rawa pech introduce one food at a time avoid salt and sugar till 1 year of age for home made cerelac wash dal and rice, let it dry, then dry roast it and make it powdered form, can add fresh vegetables

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy5 years agoA. hello since baby is just 5 months old better to wait till baby complete 6 months and then only give baby cerelac and you can refer behind the carton for the details on how you can prepare the cerelac for the child.. you need to prepare it accordingly
