How to prepare breast nipple for the baby to suck easily

A. more you feed your baby, more is the stimulation and more is the breast milk production. also relaxed mind , love for the baby, confidence while feeding help in oxytocin release and hence augment milk production. first month is always tough so keep patience. check the latching technique, baby's lips should be flanged out. most of the areaola should be in baby's mouth. it should not hurt. it should just feel like tugging. gently put little finger from baby corner of the mouth, unlatch , then latch again. sore nipples are common initially, apply breast milk on them and air dry, gradually it will recover.

A. masssga e nipple aftrr each feed or before feed. babies might not be very comfortable to suck but the mother has to keep practicing different positions of breastfeeding to find comfortable position for her baby. before feeding calm your baby.. if baby crying. Then it may be difficult to feed ..
