how to prepare and consume jeera water for weight loss,I have 57days old baby.I want to lose extra weight after pregnancy.

A. Hi jeera water has nothing to do with Weight loss..it is helpful in digestiom related issue..For weightloss you should try these tips- * Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day. * Limit sugar intake to not more then 2 tsp a day. * Have a healthy and balanced diet. * Eat short and frequent meals * Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. * Have a good breakfast and light dinner * Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day * Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.

A. Hello and good evening you may consume lemon and honey in warm water in the morning avoid oily outside and Bakery products consume all fruits and vegetables with every meal do Surya Namaskar exercise in the morning
