how to permanently treat allergy cough in 4 year old.. he gets so often even if we go out for 2 to 3 hours i have noticed same day night he get cough running nose, rashes on his body and start itching

A. Hello dear parent! Can be due to weather conditions. Allergic reactions et cetera. Get your child personally examine by the doctor and seek further advice in this matter. Increase the immunity of your child by including seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy, vegetables, nuts and dry fruits.
