ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, for 3 months old baby boy, you should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months. You should feed on demand. If baby is active, alert and passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours then feeding is sufficient.
