Follow these steps 1)make massage oil leukworm or or make it warm by rubbing it imbetween ur palms 2) rub oil gently into yours baby's skin, start it with babies leg, lightly squeeze baby's calves and thighs 3)massage over chest and tummy -gently place both hands flat againt the center of her/his body, spread ur hands to the sides. 4) with ur hands still flat, use ur tips of fingers to stroke outward in small circles. 5) Continue with massage as long as ur baby enjoy it. Total 4-5 min massage is enough for baby. Late morning time is good for massage and Once a day is enough
