Rachita Saini DuggalMom of 2 children6 years agoA. The key to handling twins is to stick to a routine. Also follow the same routine for both babies together and get their sleep and food / milk timings synced. This way if they sleep at the same time you get some time off and they are also aware of what comes next in their schedule. Don’t shy away from help, ask neighbors, parents, in-laws, friends to help whenever they can.
