A. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing such problems and try to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids. it is important to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to causef constipation Medicine is to be fgiven only if instructed by the doctor after examination. give plenty of water to drink. if needed the doctor will give polyethylene glycol which is the first line of medicine for constipation

A. Exercise. As with adults, exercise and movement tend to stimulate a baby's bowels. ...A warm bath. Giving a baby a warm bath can relax their abdominal muscles and help them stop straining. ...Hydration. ...Fruit juice. ...Other dietary changes. ...Massage. ...Taking a rectal temperature.giving your baby a warm bath to relax them or exercising their legs, like riding a bicycle, will help stimulate the bowels to move (Picture 1). If it has been a few days since your baby has pooped and the juice or pureed food has not worked, then you can try a glycerin suppository.A purée that includes a mix of prunes plus pears, plums, or peaches should work magic. Try subbing the prunes with dates for a change. Bring on the fiber. If your baby is over 8 months, you can offer them whole grains like oatmeal, fiber-rich cereals, whole wheat pasta, and brown rice.
