Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 8 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi, it very simple. Wash palak leaves well Boil palak, tomatos, onions together. Add ghee aswell to add calories. once boil, grind it to thin puree. Spinach puree is ready and you can feed baby.

Samidha MathurMom of 2 children7 years agoA. do not give up your spinach Puree to your little one has become a pure spinach to the baby's stomach and cause stomach disorder.. therefore give it by adding it in a dal... and also that blanched spinach
