Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of a 8 yr 1 m old girl7 years agoA. Hi, its simple to make rice water.
First wash rice to take out all dust particles.
Soak rice for 10-15 min minimum.
Cook rice with triple amount of water.
Once rice is cooked, strain out the water from rice using siever.
The drained out water is rice water, rich in carbs and all leached out nutrients of rice.
Take this water and feed baby
