How to make Ors water at home

ExpertVarsha PramodhNutritionist7 years agoA. Just add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, and dilute it in 1 liter water. But better get commercial ORS and feed the baby as it has added minerals.

RashmiMom of a 13 yr 6 m old boy7 years agoA. Hello mom...you can add a 1/2 tsp is salt and sugar to a glass of water to make ors solution. If your baby is dehrdrated along with Ors keep giving regular water and fluids in his diet so that the water level in body is maintained
