you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and tfhis will help in improving the night time sleeping time

first , set consistent bedtime routine for your child.
make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping.
keep the room temperature moderated.
make sure your child takes food well
keep your child well hydrated
avoid distractions while sleeping.
avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time
