How to make homemade dry fruit milk for baby. Can any one give me a recepie?

A. dry fruits milk can be difficult for baby to have it can cause choking. it is better to add powder nuts like Almond peanut walnut to the food like Dal, curd, Khichdi , porridge or Kheerand mix well.

A. hello..yes you can give dry fruits and nuts to your baby...you can make a power of it and can add in each preparation..Dry roast all individually...grind them and make powder of all...store in air tight container..keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 months. Nuts needs to be tested individually before powdering and offering together. When you try the first time, offer it in the first half of the day and look out for allergies like rashes, itching, redness, loosies, etc. Please Check with your pediatrician in case of such allergies.
