Start with fruit purees or vegetable purees. As she grows up, give a balanced meal including meat, fish, vegetables and fruits. Make sure your baby gets her beauty sleep. Continue with her Vitamin D drops until she is a year old. Use mild and herbal formula soaps and shampoos. Bathe your baby always in lukewarm water. Oil her hair regularly. Immediately after bathing while the skin is still moist, moisturise her skin atleast twice a day.
