how to know that the food u are giving is sufficient?

Author of questionMom of a 5 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. I'm a working mom during daytime I won't feed her only she gets semi solids in evening I juz feed her! should dinner ne served? or breastfeeding is sufficient for 10-11 months baby as dinner

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi mom if s baby tummy is full then chekx if passing urine 7-8 times in 24 hours and if baby is looking content after every feed. And your breast may seem weightless after feed. If so baby is getting enough feed. Babies don't starve. They will sure cry if they are hungry. Just burp well after every feed. If baby is feeling content after feed then no isseus it means baby had fed well.
