Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, if your baby is active and pooping, urinating well in a day then that indicates that semi solid diet is well suiting the baby. Also if stool gets hard then try giving food in small portions so that digestion process gets back to normal. Good luck and take care
