how to know if implantation has happened or not?? I can't wait until pregnancy test.Are there any lab test??

ExpertDr Prerna PatelObstetrician and Gynaecologist7 years agoA. you want to know whether you can pregnant of not you can do preganacy test by upt kit thn go fr blood investigation like b hcg and thn come ultra sonography to locate the pregnancy as early as possible after implantation . best to go fr b hcg blood test it will you the standard result
