How to know if baby is having urine infection without doing urine test. My baby once had infection and now she is having fever from Saturday and I have started antibiotics from Wednesday night. Fever comes down when medication is given. What to do ??

If the child is passing during frequently in small small span of time in the output is also very less than there can be a possibility of using infection sometimes the child can feel tremendous pain while passing during that can also be a thing and people can stay for three days if it doesn’t subside completely by the time of 72 hours and you should recon your doctor
