how to know I have enough breastmilk and which is sufficient to my baby?

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. breast milk is always sufficient for your little one should not need to worry about the same all you can do is you can just feed your little one in case the child is not cranky after the feed host feeding from both the sides that means your breast is making appropriate milk as for your little one's need the more you feed the better it will be
