A. it's better to keep your child head elevated during cold as it soothes the breathing of your child. you can use a pillow to raise his head but the pillow should be placed under shoulder not the neck to prevent flexon of neck.

A. Continue breast feed Apply baby Vicks and give indirect steam To clear nose use buddsbuddy nasal aspirator to clean babies blocked nose. Its good and works softly on babies nose. Massage mustard oil infused with garlic and carom seeds

A. you may make the baby sleep on a straight rehire pillow or maybe you can use two pillows at a time that we say baby will be elevated
