how to introduce formula milk now for a 8.5month old baby? she is on breastfeeding exclusively but I have to start my job. pls help

A. Hi dear mom. If ur breast milk is sufficient then u can express ur milk and store in milk bags and give to ur baby in feeding bottle. If not then u need to keep trying to give formula milk through bottle, spoon katori or sippy cups
