NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you can give cow milk anytime after the child complete one year and you can give it directly or you can even add it to the baby food and give it or prepare fruit milkshake and give in the case the child is not taking it directly which would be better

Do not add any additional sugar you can give regular milk to the child or you can add some fruits into the dry fruits into them try to make it healthy for your child you can actually give it in both the ways and you can also add saffron and turmeric into the milk if you want to
