start with solids post 6 months of age. until then provide exclusive breastfeeding..
in solids you can start with dal water rice water , increase the consistency and quantity slowly , gradually as per the child's tolerance.
can give fruit purees, vegetable soup , ragi porridge, other grain porridge.
avoid processed and packaged foods
prefer homemade whole natural foods.
