how to increase my feed at night time because my 1 month old baby is wock up at night nd she is cluster feeder 2-3 hour she feed continuously, i have very upset about my night feed. please suggest me

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 weeks agoA. dear mum , yes cluster feeds can be challenging for u but it is normal baby may do so when experience growth spurt at different times do not doubt milk production more u feed more is supply feed in lying position , stay well hydrated , rest when baby sleeps

If you are unable to manage the nighttime feed you can express the feed and give it with the bottle with which ones the child is going to finish the feed the child will be asleep properly and that is going to be a better way and also before you introduce bottle I would suggest you to consult a lactation specialist
