toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Hi The child has to be like completely full when you are putting your child to sleep because that is what is going to help your child to sleep better so just give proper food to the child before you put your child to sleep and afterwards you can go ahead with giving milk half an hour prior to put your child to sleep
