Q.

How to increase hemoglobin in 5 year old kids. Suggest some food please. My son is 5 years old and his hemoglobin count is 10.6. He often gets sick. Please suggest some food with which hemoglobin count can be increased.

A. to increase hb level you can give him daily peanut - jaggery chikki Or ladoo, also give dates on daily basis, atleast 1 date. give pomegranate, lufa, green leafy veggies, apple as well
