How to increase breast milk,I m taking lactare capsules 6 per day along with lactare granules, Their is stimulation of milk but not much, kindly guide

Hello ma’am With my personal experience I have seen these lactation capsules normally do not help in increasing lactation so if you are already having them and they are still not helping you it would be better that you start giving formula feed to your child on an everyday basis as that would be better for you and your baby
