how to increase baby weight? and I have sugar level (140), how to plan for a healthy diet?

A. dear Mum as you are having high sugar levels it is important to have a fibre rich diet green leafy vegetables, fruit with skin avoid carbohydrate rich fruits and vegetables healthy protein from pulses beans sprouts legumes egg whole grain and millets avoid table sugar jaggery, refined foods, processed foods control amount of food consumed at one time physical activity
