Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 2 children4 years agoA. you should see that baby is active and eating all the the food properly and also check whether baby is not having stomach worms sometimes due to having stomach worms weight gaining for your baby becomes a problem and if your baby is not eating well then you should consult doctor for some good multivitamin syrup keep your baby well hydrated
