New born looses some it’s birth weight in initial 1-2 months so don’t worry about the weight so much
But a nursing mother should always have a well balanced and nutritious diet for healthy breast milk
Have 2 glasses of milk every day u can take in form of normal milk with some dry fruit powder or daliya with milk and jaggery
Include green leafy vegetables specially methi, green vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, makhana, ragi, oats, flaxseeds, saunf, jeera, ajwain, methidana seeds, paneer, daliya in routine diet
Have a glass of water before every feed
Include ghee but do not exceed more that 1-2 tsp as it may be lead to excess weight gain
Water 3-4 litre per day
