how to improve brest milk.after completion of 16 days of my normal delivery. i m not able to give sufficient milk to my baby

U Should consult a lactation Lactation doctor you can start having opticians supplement also advised to have a good amount of protein pulses green leafy vegetables and fruits into your daily that these things are going to be about three or 4 L of water per day and lactation supplement
