how to identify if i have good milk flow...as my baby wants to nurse for longer time and does not unlatch on his own?

ExpertSHRUTI KANCHANLactation Educator and Counselor2 years agoA. The best way to identify if your supply is enough is basically by assessing baby’s growth. Weight gain, head circumference, 6-8 plus Urine output and a happy baby attaining all milestones. Babies do cluster feed a lot around growth spurts it just means their body is demanding this for growth and will want to nurse often. It is totally normal

Hi parent If she's achieving her milestones on time , and if she is happy healthy and active , your milk flow is very fine Take sunbath daily w Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take more probiotics millets and citrus fruits
