Give it in the same format as you making and preparing it for everybody as a child should be having proper food and that is how you have to include vegetables also into the food of the child in the same format as you are preparing it up at home your child has to learn to eat them properly in the similar format only there is no other way to introduce fruits and vegetables to the child
