How to give sweet potato to a 6 month baby and how much to give ?

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Steam cook the sweet potatoes until they are soft. Then peel the skin and mash it. To get a nice texture u may add some breast milk to it. When u start any new food give two to five spoons on the furst day to see if it suits ur baby. Then from the next day u may gradually increase the amount.
