Mostly the medicine are given directly and you don’t have to dilute it in anything. Rather than this if baby is having extreme diarrhoea then you can also give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. Still baby doesn’t get relief then consult with your paediatrician about it and don’t give anybody sister it is not prescribed by Dr.
