Hi Just take a teaspoon of warm water and add this thing into it and just mix it well and then you can give it to your child or either directly like 1 teaspoon or 2 to 3 times like small small quantity that’s the right way to give this medicine to the child I am sure your child is having diarrhoea which is why this medicine has been prescribed to you
