boiling and steaming is done only if the child is not tolerating the raw fruit. talso boiling and steaming decreases the nutrition level from the fruits.
definitely there will be changed in taste as well as texture when you boil or steam the fruit but it is not harmful.
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl1 Year agoA. No you should not steam any of the fruits you should just make a purée regularly how you are giving it to the child you can blend it into the mixer and if it is very thick then you can add some tone pasteurise milk into that that is going to be good
