ExpertDr. Hemendra GuptaPaediatrician7 years agoA. bifilac syrup is basically a probiotic supplement and it helps is stabilizing the gastrointestinal tract in case of loose stools so you if it is a dry syrup then you can give this after mixing the water in it.

PonmaniMom of a 6 yr 10 m old girl6 years agoA. Hi my baby girl is 2days shy of 4months. She poops foamy attaching the pic apart from that she is quite active and her pee count is fine. She takes her feed as usual. Dr said she got some infection and She is prescribed with Bifilac dry syrup 5gm / 50ml. Dr asked me to give 2.25ml once for 2 days? How to constitute the powder and how to determine the ml? she is an ebf baby.
