ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, to give a balanced diet to your baby, give variety of food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Include variety of grains, cereal and pulses. At least 500 ml of milk every day which includes milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish, meat. Give dry fruits like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts, raisins, dates. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.
