Yes you can give it to your six months old baby. You can give it by mashing it properly. Now your baby is six months old so you can start giving solids and water. You can also give Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit Peery. And with the time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan.
